Had a big (37-person) team offsite with Breakthrough Sushi. Everything from booking to the event went smoothly, no fingers were lost, and everyone had a good time. Thanks Kaz!
Kaz made sushi so approachable and fun. I’ve taken many cooking classes over the years, some were very stressful, this class was ultra informative and relaxing at the same time which is a hard balance. Kaz is a great teacher and host. I left excited to keep making sushi at home. Highly recommend this class!
My girlfriend and I had a great experience. The chef was super helpful and engaging. We definitely recommend it 10/10.

Breakthrough Sushi offers a sushi-making class that is a beautiful and engaging experience. Kaz is a wonderful instructor who makes everything approachable, skilled, funny, and engaging, taking time to explain different techniques. Ken is also very helpful and gives great pointers. The fish and all ingredients are delicious, fresh, and abundant. Guests make plenty of delish sushi, often having a bunch left over to bring home. The step-by-step teaching makes everything easy to follow. It is a perfect activity for bonding or a unique date night, and a spectacular time learning something new. Truly worth every dollar and minute, highly recommend to any sushi lover.
