The server was really nice but tables were really sticky, bathroom was dirty and they were sadly out of everything on tap, I had to get a bottled beer, they were also out of the bottled beer I chose, so I had to change that too. Probably won't be going back to Hidden Spot/Hometown Heroes.

Really is a hidden gem. The waygu burgers are delicious and the variety of choices is quite varied. Their onion rings are light, crisp, and very good. The best I've had in a while. My husband and I enjoyed our lunch while watching the US Open. Highly recommend.

This is a hard place to rate. The owner was wonderful, but the waitress was rude. Like extremely rude. When you go to a restaurant you should leave feeling satisfied. I left feeling hurt. It was REALLY bad. I wasn't able to eat because I didn't get my food until after all the other people in my party ate and my stomach was in knots because of the foul treatment. I couldn't eat. But the owner didn't charge me for my drink.
