Chinatown can be a daunting place to dine in San Francisco due to its vast authentic cuisine which is unlike anything outside of China itself. I don’t speak or read any of the dialect, but somehow managed to order food and drink that was delicious. Service was horrible African American Woman heavy set rude.
Used profanity towards my mother and siblings.
Staff upset because we sent our orders back due to the food served.
I will not return back to this horrible establishment.

The food can be delicious, super flavorful, and the perfect mix of farm to table and comfort food, with pizzettas noted as tasty and truffle fries as outstanding. However, some reviews mention the food is just okay. Issues include a 40-minute wait for a sandwich and salad, a French dip with no seasoning, a seared ahi tuna salad devoid of acidity and salt, and a dry hummus. Adding protein to a salad is considered unreasonable, with salmon costing sixteen dollars and chicken twelve dollars. The happy hour lounge at 5pm can be unpleasantly loud with a football game, featuring a disproportionate TV-size to TV-volume ratio, inconsistent drinks, and subpar service. In contrast, the 9pm happy hour offers jolly vibes, cozy decorations, and a very nice server. The owner is friendly, and the manager usually stops by. Drinks are yummy, and the happy hour is well worth it.
