Excellent flavors, great waiter, nice ambiance... but why would you serve a whole pork chops on a salad? Presentation should be far less important than function.. trying to cut meat on a flat plate of greens makes a huge mess..not
This was my first time in town and I was so hungry.I’m glad I found The Bureau 510, I walked in immediately got a seat. Victor was my server and I told him about my allergies and he was very accommodating and attentive.I ordered a burger with onion rings and ranch. Omg I’ve never had the most crunchy soft yummy beer battered onion rings in my life.
