From the moment you enter that place team give you a pleasant feeling. Very comfortable stuff, it is a kind restaurant to pass time with your friends or with your date. Great food, specialist chief cook and stuff, reasonable price and courteous service. Highly recommended.

This site is my preferable place. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this restaurant. Whenever I I need a good lunch, this restaurant comes immediately to my head. exeptionalgorgeous and all sorts of food and a rich cuisine.well mannered crew, and agreeable spirit. We love hanging out. Yesterday we arrived in this magnificent place which we didn’t know before. We had a beautiful experience there with fine meal and an experienced team and a distinguished chief cook. We put this venue in our list and we will certainly come back very soon. Highly recommended.

Very nice place, not too well lit but doesn't really matter, the vibe was alive, everybody looked like they were Havin fun, and now the reason this place got 4 stars , their pork belly tacos and omg were they good wonderful sauce and sides and crispy corn tortilla this is a definite try boys and girls Get to it

I just found out today Hot Italian is permanently closed... Sad about this, i love their simple but quality pizzas they offer, alot of memories in this place. Its my happy place after a long day at work.. the italiann vibes the bikes and soccer.

Does anyone know why this placed closed?! Just tried to go on a Wednesday night and the whole place is pitch black. Everything still is in there as if they're just closed for the day. No note, no sign, nothing.

I went here once and haven't been back. There wasn't anything particularly bad, there are just so many better and more affordable restaurants in Public Market. If you're already at Public Market you may as well walk inside and check the other places out. I've eaten at pretty much every restaurant and Hot Italian is near the bottom of the list in my opinion. That said, the other restaurants are not pizza, so if you're looking for pizza then this is the place.

I went to pick my food which was supposed to be ready by the time I get there but when I get there there was nobody at the counter or in the bar(whole restaurant was empty) everyone was watching a game or something inside and I askin them If my food ready and one guy came outside and told me they are working on it but I saw nobody workin on the kitchen and I said I don't see anyone workin in the kitchen and he went inside and then he send the other guy outside by the kitchen and then he started workin on my order and they took another 25min so This message is for the owner of this restaurant, is this what you train your employees??? Unprofessional employees
This is a wonderful establishment and a pizza worth driving to. I've been a big fan since they moved into Midtown Sacramento, but am glad the Bay has one too. Visited lately after escaping Oakland. The crust was perfection and not even in a wood oven. Nice work pizzaioli of Hot Italian!

Can't deny the pizza was great. However the service is not where it should be. There was only one person working the front. Here said to us come on in sit anywhere it is clean (which wasn't many places). None of our plates or cups were very clean. They were out of bread for paninis. The list of things I was unsatisfied with goes on BUT the food is good.
