Lots of really odd sounding flavors, but we weren’t in the mood to experiment. But they had a chocolate malt flavor, and it was the best chocolate ice cream I’ve ever had! Place was clean, the server was very nice and helpful. Not cheap ice cream but worth the price

I tried the scoop of ice cream over a brownie. The ice cream was creamy, but the flavor didn’t stand out. The brownie, unfortunately, tasted reheated and was overly chewy. Overall, just okay.

Humphry Slocombe is a Bay Area institution at this point and this one is in line with other locations. Personally, I find the flavors here to be hit or miss so it may take a while to find something you’ll like. The space is kinda weird but staff is usually super nice. I’m really glad theres finally an ice cream shop on Bay Street and it’s much needed for the area, but of all the SF chains to cross the bay, it’s too bad it had to be this one.
