I got so tired of shopping and finding nothing interesting so I was pleased to find this juice stand to relax in for a while with a good cold drink of healthy juice.

I was starting to drink Jamba Juice's smoothie regularly and eventually found out I was being slowly poisoned (because I have food allergies) because of their EXTREME cross-contamination practices in the San Jose, CA stores. When I saw the extreme cross-contamination with their boosts spilling into each other (with the food that I am allergic to) I realized why I was getting sicker every single day, it was a small amount so it didn't hit me immediately, hence the delay in figuring it out. Anyway mystery solved and I am better now and I will NEVER trust Jamba Juice again! :-(

I entered the store and was not greeted. The person who took my order told me he was sleepy when I mentioned his lack of customer service. He got my order wrong and when I notified the person who was preparing it she was short tempered and rude. So I asked for my money back she slammed it down on the counter and said, " Here now go."I'm calling corporate to report this very poor service in Redwood City, California.

I went into order my drink and I soon as I walked in there was no smile grouchy frustrated look on two of the employees but the unfortunate part is that one of the employees is a actual manager her name is Melissa and her face was just dropped frustrated and just grouchy and sweating and it was just very unfortunate I wanted to order a breakfast sandwich but I was intimidated to do so that's how bad her customer service was..... when I went up there to order it she rolled her eyes and her face was just I don't have words to express my experience I called the corporate office and they give me excuses that they're moving to Texas so hopefully somebody will call me back!!!!!
