My favorite Jamba Juice to go to because of the nice staff and cleanliness. I can't say anything bad about this location. The employees are fast, nice and they make my smoothies exactly how I like them, every time.

I have visited this location twice, so far. Their service is quick and I don't have to wait long for my order. I tried the Acai Primo bowl, and it was good. I would probably come back again when I finish my shopping in the area.

I went to this location recently and honestly it's the best jamba location I've been too. I always order a large orange carrot twist and the speed is amazing. Melissa rung me up and always has the best attitude. It feels like a welcoming environment and a jamba I always want to come to. It tells you a lot that I come from Berkeley to come to this specific location. I really recommend coming to this location.

I made an order via Ubereats asking for a watermelon smoothie. In the notes I asked for no pineapple because I get severe heartburn from any fruit that is too acidic. I called to make to sure my note was seen and the amazing manager Melissa had not only seen my note but made me an extremely delicious smoothie with nothing in it that would aggravate my heartburn. She was sweet, accommodating, understanding, and a valuable team member. Thanks again Melissa! -Gloria

I've never really had a bad experience at this Jamba Juice; in fact, I love that every time I walk in there is someone greeting me. All of the employees here are super friendly and have never gotten my order wrong. I just wish the plaza had more parking because the parking lot can get pretty hectic, but that's not Jamba Juice's problem.

I miss JJ so much they didn't have any in central Florida. I just moved back to the bay and again in love. The strawberry nirvana (now called strawberry wild) is my favorite. The crew here is always super friendly everyone I go in, I try to do mobile orders due to this location usually being busy. It's always been ready whenever I show up, will definitely continue to come to this location.

I recently went to this jamba juice over the weekend. The staff there are very fast and kind. I especially liked the guy who took my order which his name by the way is Leandro. I was indecisive on what i wanted to order, but i knew that i wanted a healthy drink. He directed me to the plant based smoothies, and the greens smoothies. I eventually got the apples and greens and it was a good choice. Not only did he take my order but he also gave me my smoothie and asked how my day was going. Honestly the best service that i have had in any of the jamba juices that i have gone to. I will definitely be stopping by very soon.

So I recently went to this Jamba Juice as I usually do and I was quite disappointed with the customer service I received. I order a PB Choc Love sub 2% milk for soy and add extra peanut butter - no biggo right. I also ordered a 3 oz ginger/lemon with ceyenne pepper shot. As I was about to pay one of the associates comes to the front and states that Jamba recently implemented a change in pricing and I would have to now pay for the soy substitute - okay "how much" I ask .75 cents okay so tack on $1.50 to my order - okay wish I would have know that earlier but whatever - I receive my Jamba and awaited my ginger shot. My ginger shot comes out - no orange wedge? Mind you my total order was for $12.00 bucks now - me "Hey can I get an orange wedge for my $3.50 shot"? Um, (same guy) there is a new charge for that". Jamba you really need to get your practice in order - to be charged for something so mundane when you already expensive as heck is just ridiculous. So was the customer service in the delivery - ! Very unhappy this day!

This was by far the best Jamba Juice I've been to in a while. I went to the Bancroft location a few weeks ago and was not impressed. I came to this location this morning and was pleasantly greeted, had my order quickly and was politely and courteously sent on my merry way! The gentleman at the register was very polite and efficient. The 2 young ladies who made my Apples & Greens were happy, FAST, and very polite. I did not get anyone's name but I will be returning to this location many times in the near future! Thank you!

I frequented this location but will not be back over the experience I just had. I stood there for almost 30 minutes waiting for my drink and pretzel. I watch the associates pick up the "warmed" pretzel numerous times and look at it to just set it back down. It appeared as though they may have been having some technical issues but at no point was anything said about it. Once I hit the 30 minute marked and watched people who came 15-20 minutes after me receive their drinks I approached the guy who appeared to be some sort of a supervisor and told him I spent my lunch break waiting but had to go back to work so I'd just like my money back. He looked at me and told me the drink I order and then turned around and started messing with the blenders without saying anything else to me. I then walked to the cashier and said I want my money back. She played around with the register and ended up calling the "supervisor" over to do the refund. He came over, in no hurry what so ever, stared at the register and then yelled to the cashier asking her what her numbers were, had to ask her to repeat herself a few times. He started pushing things on the register but kept stopping to push buttons on a phone or some device that was on the counter knowing I was in a hurry to get back to work. I ended up telling him to just keep my money and walked out. At no point did he apologize for the length of time or the piss poor service. Not mention he was walking around with a hoodie on and scratching his hair vigorously around the food when he took the hood off his head.

Ordered a medium, they gave me a small and didn't even apologize. Got poorly trained teenagers working on the weekends so am I wrong for not yelling at them? If I go back gonna complain more if it is not right.
