I did a mobile order and because I was not familiar with the area it went to the wrong location I was sitting and waiting for the order and I quickly realized that my order was not coming and asked if this was the right location. Adrianna was so sweet she confirmed that I ordered at the other location and was super quick to make my drink for me so that I wouldn't have to go to the other location and the drink was perfect! This place can get pretty busy, especially on the mobile side. Despite being behind on drinks, they were kind enough to process a refund for me because I couldn't wait any longer. They handle a full store well, despite aggressive third party drivers shoving their phones in people's faces and yelling about orders taking more than 5 minutes. They remained calm and courteous! Good job!
