Mediocre overpriced Gyros at this food court stand. Good service. Small wait time for food. Bustling food court environment. Not recommended.
I went here craving a lamb gyro. Orders the beef and lamb as is. It came out pretty quickly but I wasn’t so pleased with the presentation, sort of like an open-faced sandwich. I think it’s challenging to season the cut of meat used in gyro unless the meat is minced. This meat was chipped and didn’t have a ton of flavor, nor the best texture. Also, the bread was cold— it broke as I was eating it. That’s in addition to it being pita bread and not lavash as listed on the menu.

The ingredients were fresh. But I asked for no olives as I hate them. Still had tons. Paid $23 for a shredded lettuce salad, with beef/lamb. It has no beef it was all lamb and gross. Probably considered authentic. But not at all what I was expecting when listed as (beef/lamb)

The guy today at the counter was rude. All I did was ask a question. I will never be eating here because his attitude was awful.
My husband and I were standing in front of the screen reading the menu when the employee deliberately turned it off. The service could be much better, there’s no need to be rude, and the behavior came across as discriminatory.

Very disrespectful owner.
I was reading the menu from the screen, and he intentionally turned the screens off, so I don’t order.
Racism is real!

Whatever you do, do not leave without trying the Turkish delights, they're all incredible.
Everything on the menu is absolutely amazing and the service is even better, been a few times in the past and went again more recently and every single time the men behind the counter were incredibly friendly and genuine.
I went in for a spanakopita, came back after finishing said spanakopita because the Turkish delights I saw when ordering looked so beautiful. Then I spent the rest of the day thinking about how good they were and came back the next day to get more Turkish delights.

I recommend against the falafel. You can tell from the uniform shapes that it comes off a conveyor belt, which also means that it comes out of a freezer. The stuffed grape leaves were better, but chances are they come from a huge jar. Even the lettuce in the falafel bowl was disappointing because it's shredded, like at McDonald's. If you find something there that's prepared on site, chances are it will be better than what I ordered.

Jayna Gyro is inside one of the best 'food courts' in the Bay Area. The food was really tasty and fresh. I had the Gyro: The pita was soft, ingredients were piled high so I used a fork to get it manageable enough to then eat holding the pita. Their version of fries (more like potato pieces) were delish...garlic & feta. Wife really liked the falafel wrap. My only knock's were things likely out of there control: 1) the prices have gone way up in. In 2021 price for the Gyro was $10 and in 2025 it's $15.50...but to be fair most of the places in the food court were $15-$20 for a meal; and 2) the table we were at was 'sticky', like it was 'cleaned' with wet rag that hadn't been washed in days. We tried another table, same result. These are large shared tables that the whole food court uses, so it's not a knock on Jayna, but maybe they can lean on Public Market.

Absolutely over seasoned. Couldn't even get through half the meal because the seasoning was too much. Overpriced also.

Prices are out of hand for the amount of protein given. Chicken gyro prob and 2 ounce max of chicken. Then add tip screen to insult making it a $18 + gyro. Low value
Good gyro.

This place is right inside the food court. However, the food was 10/10. Super delicious. The meats were tender and juicy. The kunefe is to die for. I totally recommend this place 100%.
