Wait for setting around 45 mm. food brings to you table like 15 mm. Food is right portion. Veggies fresh, big size. Price it is good.

a little expensive for hot pot- but the nice new restaurant feel and the quality of food makes up for it. The meat lover combo for $65 was plenty for two people. Service would really only show up when you placed a new order, and it was a little weird not to receive spoons or bowls (there is a separate self-serve counter for this and sauces) but besides that they were fine. Only rank atmosphere low due to a large amount of families with loud kids wandering the restaurant... cest la vie.

Good hot pot if you know how to do it. Grills are not that hot but food is good.

Overall this place is pretty good. My partner and I ordered separate veggie platters because they do not offer a double veggie platter even though they offer a double meat platter. It seemed very clean, a very large dining area. There were a couple things that I would like to see some improvements on. They have menus at the front you could look through, but if you want to order food you must do so through a QR code (I know a lot of places do this but I really dislike this format. What if I have questions? The waiter did not return to follow up with us). It also doesn’t seem like you can split bills through the site when it comes time to pay, which seems like something that could be easily done if you’re gonna make customers order/pay on your phone. The sauce bar doesn’t clearly indicate if they are vegan/vegetarian sauces. The last issue I had was that the waiter came up and asked us if we wanted water, and we said yes please and put our cups closer to him. He told us it was to refill the broth and we were like oh yeah that’s also fine. I asked if the broth he was about to pour into my soup was neutral, and he said it was chicken. I quickly stopped him and said my broth was vegetarian. He then switched over to his other kettle to give me plain hot water. I think it would be best for the wait staff to ask prior to refilling the pots if the broth is vegetarian or not. And as a vegetarian, I would appreciate vegetable broth instead of water but I won’t be too picky about that.
Again, overall this place is really fun and the food was good. This was my first time experiencing hot pot, and I would definitely go again. I am leaving this review for other vegetarians, and maybe the management so they can see where improvements could be made.

First time coming here tonight! First thought this place seems a bit too grand for me, but everyone there made us feel welcomed, food was so good! We got the miso and sukiyaki and a bunch of meats and vegetables! All were very good! Will be back!

This is a major plus for this side of the bridge!
The meats are always fresh, and the veggies look like a ghibli movie. Food wise absolutely no complaints.
The sukiyaki and miso broths are top tier. The sauce bar could use more frequent tidying but otherwise is great.
This isn't a cheap place, but the quality is high.

Sooo delicious!!! I loved the sweet and sour soup base. Had so much flavor and a slight tang which really elevated the flavor! The beef was so fresh and tender as were all veggies and noodles. The enoki mushrooms were one of my favorite toppings. Can’t wait to come back!

It was my first hot pot experience.
It was fun, and the food was impeccably delicious. Its clean. It’s modern and new. We enjoyed cooking our own food there.
Vegetarian options: There are an assortment of greens, squash, tofu, yams, onions, mushrooms and broccoli on the plate. The sauces are healthy mushrooms, nuts, oils and seed. Best dining experience at a great price for two.
Dietary restrictions: The vegetables and meat are boiled in delicious broths. It’s great for heart patients if they watch out for the sauces.

Having this type of restaurant is good for the Bay Street community, but the restaurant could have some improvements.
Just ok hotpot with a bit of underwhelming dining experience for the price
1) thickness of some of the beef cuts could be thinner- ribeye angus
2) small pot with a sunken in placement hard to get the food
3) taro as veggie hard to pick up
4) take away lettuce as veggie choice, more spinach or bok choy
5) the peanut sauce dip was very flat even with added spices and oils
6) only 1 bowl of rice?

I don't get the appeal. An extremely complicated process for a bowl of mediocre soup.
The ordering process is a train wreck. Despite every effort, somehow I ended up only ordering one combo. The servers walked by and walked by and watched me staring at my friend with an empty stove top in front of him and didn't say a word. When I finally asked, are we waiting for his meal, the guy said, oh you only ordered one combo. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, but you shouldn't need that much help ordering a bowl of soup.
As for the cost, it's impossible for two people to leave a hot pot under $90. And keep in mind, all we had was a bowl of soup.

This was my first time experiencing hot pot cooking/dining. Mumu offered the most amazing meats and fresh vegetable. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. It will definitely become a regular dinner spot for me and my family.

Went there for lunch absolutely no one, wait staff are very attentive, the quality of meat is A1 and because it’s not all you can eat you can pack things to go for a late snack later.
