Very clean , very friendly .
Just not anything exceptional.
I was not wowed but I am a serious sweet tooth . Flavor was basic and $8 for a small cup of cake and filler is not worth it. Looks cute but the taste and presentation was meh.
The overall experience was amazing, but the uniqueness of each individual flavor really made it an exceptional experience.
I first tried this in March but now want to see if April's flavors have any hidden delights.

JARS is a clean and well-kept spot with friendly and helpful staff. The desserts, such as the Oreo and red velvet jars, are best enjoyed fresh, as they may not hold up well the next day. The strawberry shortcake soft serve is a highlight, and the customer service is exceptional. It's a great place to grab a sweet treat, especially for kids, with its generous portions of ice cream, cake, and toppings.
