I don't frequent BR often but wanted to try the thanksgiving ice cream which is good by the way. Store wasn't busy. The server, Tymisha came out, spoke and said she'd be with me. Had a few good samples. She was able to answer my questions and multitask very well. I was impressed that she was able to handle a crisis with the management while still serving the customer. My wife & I were super tired after a hard days work & had to treat ourselves. We needed some ice cream. We came into the store & we were greeted by two nice guys, who had no problem sharing a smile. My wife ordered the Reese’s pieces cup. She said it was absolutely delicious. I had the mocha cappuccino blast, which was amazingly refreshing. The price was fair, but the service was excellent. We highly recommend this place for a quick pick me up.

This location is my go to. It appears to be under new ownership since my last two visits and I am very happy with the change. The new owners seem to be more customer service attentive and definitely pass the vibe check. The new owners are super nice and have been working on site along with employees. The employees have all been very nice, friendly, attentive and helpful.
