“Great tasting ice cream and friendly staff. The line is usually always super long. My only complaint is that I wish large parties would order, receive their order, and wait outside until the rest of their party is done. Most times, you have many people who've paid but are sitting around. The place is too small, and the outside is too large to be just sitting, taking up space in an already small place.“

“I'm hesitant to tell you how good the buckwheat financiers are, because they will likely sell out even faster, but they are remarkably good.
There's a reason there is almost always a line outside the door here. Great treats and coffee, along with quick, friendly service.

“Best ube dessert I've had yet! And the apple pie cake at Christmas was delicious. The cupcakes come across dry to me, but the actual cakes are impressive.
Google seems to think this is a dine-in spot -- not really. There are a couple outdoor tables from that's it.“

Tina, the owner is amazing at what she does and puts much so effort into her work. I can’t pinpoint a specific dessert because they can whip up just about anything. My favorite in particular is Tina’s delicious red velvet cupcakes. The treats are tasty and made with love. More than that, Tina provides superior customer service. Tina’s staff at the UC Berkeley location is always going above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect and with a smile. “Dennis, the owner, is awesome. Great selection of bakery pastries like scones, cinnamon rolls, etc. He also has freshly baked French bread and dinner rolls. I personally go there for some coffee and a breakfast croissant, along with some French bread for dinner. Prices are way more affordable than the lee’s next door. Glad to give small business owners like Dennis my business.“
