“Got the Paris ham sandwich with salted butter & cornichons, fantastic. Not really “Paris” since it’s not a white baguette, but it’s an incredibly good wheat bread. You would be happy eating the bread by itself.“

“I think it may be the best cupcake in the East Bay!!! Perhaps the whole bay. And if you’re glutton-free?! Have no fear! These GF gems are just as moist and delicious as their glutinous cousins. Tucked away in the North Oakland-Emeryville neighborhood you’ll find this boutique to answer your craving for both the classic and adventurous cupcake flavors. Bet you can’t eat just one! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Best ube dessert I've had yet! And the apple pie cake at Christmas was delicious. The cupcakes come across dry to me, but the actual cakes are impressive.
Google seems to think this is a dine-in spot -- not really. There are a couple outdoor tables from that's it.“

“fantastic cakes and pastries! We have used them time and again, and they are always excellent.“
“If you are ever in need of satisfying your sweet tooth and or a wonderful customer service experience, A Girl Named Pinky is one of the finest local bakeries in the San Francisco Bay Area. Tina, the owner is amazing at what she does and puts much so effort into her work. I can’t pinpoint a specific dessert because they can whip up just about anything. My favorite in particular is Tina’s delicious red velvet cupcakes. The treats are tasty and made with love. More than that, Tina provides superior customer service. Tina’s staff at the UC Berkeley location is always going above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect and with a smile. A Girl Named Pinky is valued in the local community and their dedication to you is unmatched. You can place an order online and they are still open for business during the pandemic. Please go support!!“
“Excellent moist cakes after the tasting box all their cakes are beautifully made and the most amazing thing to mention is its sweetness is not crazily sweet like American cake but more like French and Italia ones. Recommended 👍 Now on we have a favorite place to order for every Birthday Celebration ❤️.“

“Arrived and line was spilling out the door , the young lady that helped us according to the receipt was Teresa, she was amazing, she ripped through the line like a ninja fast , efficient and very friendly and kind despite the line never getting shorter. It breaks my heart to get to the register and see their tip jar empty. Hundreds of happy customers and nothing not even a dollar. Some fields are deeply under paid. Keep your head up and keep up that great work ethic. I hope you get promoted and the tip jar explodes 🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑“
