Honestly, nothing much to say about this one. The cakes are fire, super moist with a semisweet cream cheese frosting on top. Lots of flavors to choose from, probably the hardest part of the whole process.
A bundlet is $7 which could be considered a little high, but in this economy I have paid a lot more for a lot less. Absolutely worth checking out. White Chocolate Raspberry is fire.

I barely write reviews but I just HAD to do one. I was at the shop around 6:00 or 6:40 today. I saw this LADY who was complaining to a very nice worker and the worker was smiling like this is normal! The lady who was complaining was complaining about how her cake was sour? Excuse me? Sorry about your taste buds! I would love it if this nice worker could get a raise or a free dessert for dealing with this! And yes after dealing with ALL OF THAT SHE WAS STILL NICE TO US!

On Sunday, November 24 I went in to order the mini cakes I was told I had two options to get the box that was pre-package or choose my own flavors which would only take five minutes to arrange, I picked my flavors and the girl went on her way. Mind you I was the only customer there. I was left outside confused and worried for about 20 minutes wondering what was taking so long, close to the end I asked one of the girls if everything was OK with my order, she rudely replied that my order wasn’t the only one they were working on. I was taken aback as I was not expecting her responded with attitude. I replied that her coworker had mentioned it would only take five minutes, as the cakes come out, I ask for a bag please, the girls demeanor changed after my question initial question. She seem bothered that I asked for a bag. She put my cakes in the bag, I say thank you, I get no response from her confirming my suspicions that something was wrong. I get home and 3 of the cakes are tilted to the side. This just left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I’m saddened that this is probably why people choose no contact services to avoid this kind of interactions.I am disappointed in how the situation got handled. I don’t think my question was unreasonable as I was waiting for longer than I was told all I needed was an update. I wish this location would do better going forward I would hate to take my business elsewhere as I, and my family come here often. In my opinion employees need better training in customer service, and to communicate better with the customer and give them a realistic timeframe and updates if taking longer. I would have happily waited those 20 mins if she would’ve said so since the beginning and or reassured that everything was fine and my cakes were on their way out and about the attitude so unnecessary uncalled for from both girls do better ladies.

I placed an order yesterday for my sons birthday who happened to be on a school trip up in Emeryville. It is my first time being away from him on a special occasion so I was emotional. I called and spoke to a girl (closer to the closing time) who was super nice and accommodating. I asked if she could please just write "happy birthday. Love, mom" on the box. She did! My son was very emotional and grateful for it. The little detail that she did meant EVERYTHING to me. I wish every store had this type of service. I just wish I would've gotten her name but THANK YOU SO MUCH!

OMG! The gluten free lemon raspberry special is absolutely freaking delicious. It's so moist and flavourful. It's definitely in my top 5 favorite baked goods. I'm looking forward to future flavor combinations.

This review its for the owner. Advertising $5 off bundtinis, yet you raised your prices from $30 for the box to $32.50. Scam. Your prices already went from a box $20 to $30 thats a 50% increase over the past year and half. Same product.

This bakery is our usual go-to and we always have a great experience, however unfortunately their in-store system is not currently accepting giftcards (but you can use giftcards to order online for pickup). This has been the case since Valentine's day.Will update my review to 5 stars once they update/fix their systems.
