I’m sorry to say you are now the second 1⭐️ review..I should have read Jonathan’s review before ordering the honey chicken (which is what I got). He’s right in that“It was awful. The honey chicken was over breaded, soggy and there was so much sauce on it, it ruined the rice in the bowl.”I got the food Togo and felt scammed because I spent $30 for unflavorful / bland food (honey chicken with fried rice as a side ($5 surcharge)). If I was honestly eating at the restaurant I would have asked the manager for a refund.This was my first time at PF changs and although I understand quality can vary from location to location, I will not be trying any more locations in the future.The menu prices also updated significantly (imo I guess due to inflation)

The food was terrible! I often frequent the restaurant because the Asian pear mojitos are delicious but the last three visits to this location has been subpar to be kind. I spend 400 plus a month visiting this location and this was the final straw. My mother and I meals were just awful. The sesame chicken and orange chicken was burnt and dry. The fried rice tasted like watery white rice with two carrots and I piece of onion. The veggies in the dishes were basically raw. We had to wait 23 minutes to get our appetizer of crispy green beans. The star is for the hostesses! The kitchen and servers need to do better.

We went for a family dinner on Sunday. We had high expectations as we were very pleased with our dining experience at PF Chang’s elsewhere. Ambiance is impressive. Took their own sweet time to let us be seated even though there were many of the tables were empty. Service was good but the food was a big letdown.

the food here is as good as any other pf changs, but it is consistently the slowest one i’ve ever been to. i order (1) dish for takeout, and it is always ready at least 45 min - 1 hr past the pickup time listed. even for a weekday lunch, which is kind of ridiculous. not sure what the deal is - i would recommend dining in over takeout

Crazy long wait. High percentage of tables are available, but sees take forever to actually get to you? How is that? With the recent bad reviews, it makes sense this is not a good experience. To add insult, the copy paste responses from ‘owner’ sucks. They do not actually care, I’m glad I’m not married to PF and will no longer visit any locations. It’s a chain attitude, so chain experience. How is it 90% tables are available, and you don’t get service?Bad staff…. That’s how.

I was very dissatisfied! I usually Love the beef n broccoli the sauce is delicious, this evening the beef was like beef jerky and was not even hot. We waited an hour for out burnt meal.The Ginger Peach tea was excellent when it arrived 30 minutes after we ordered.

Very unfortunate experience on Monday.Not one Staff member took notice that only half the table had received their meals, including our Server.I completely understand being short staffed, but then team work should kick in to take care of customers.Wish my comments could include a critique of the food I ended up not accepting from the very nice and persistent Manager.

ridiculously overpriced & bland offerings. dessert was the best dish, the banana spring rolls. paying for the ambiance & not the flavor. out of about 60 tables, there were about 4 taken & they still made us wait to get seated??

Very tasty Chinese food for a place that isn't strictly Chinese. Actually this spot might actually be considered Asian fusion, or Asian reimagined. Either way, it's a refreshing change from the traditional Chinese, and the food is really good.Our server was very quick, efficient and attentive. Even though we had overheard that there was a staffing shortage that day (hence our ~15 minute wait), our server was still fast.Food was great (as I've stated probably twice already), and even though it was less food than a traditional Chinese, it still filled us up nonetheless. Glad we chose this spot.
The host forgot to put our names down to be seated. They told us 5 minutes, it took 45 minutes before we were seated.Hosts offered no apology or free drink for their disservice.The food was pretty good, except the sea bass was over- cooked.Waitress was nice and efficient.

I gave it at 3 because the food is good.My bank called me and told me I had a $80 charge a PF Chang's and I have never eaten in that restaurant before. I'll order it to be delivered, I just have never gotten around to eating in the restaurant.I do not know how that person got my information. When I call p.f. Chang's the manager told me that they do not check IDs with the credit cards or debit cards. So I told the manager that they really need to start checking IDs with the cards. I don't understand why they don't do that. Thank goodness my bank notified me and took the charges off. The inconvenience was it necessary. All they had to do was check for ID.

Nope. Sat there for more than 9 minutes before we were so much acknowledged. At that time I asked sever for wifi bc slow downloading the menu, so almost 10 minutes has past & we haven't even so much as looked at the menu. Rather than answering me, he walks over grabs menus & says sarcastically, "all u had to do was ask" Well I did, I did not, however, ask for the attitude. After another 5 minutes we were about to walk out as a young girl approached & asked if we had been helped. Our entrée, drinks & appetizer order were all taken at that time (in that order) & we got everything all at once. Food was ok, never have been a fan but the others wanted to go. I truly feel you have good food in a nice environment & way overcharge for the quality, but combine that with the atrocious service? Yeah, I'm done.

We hadn't been to a P.F. Changs in years due to distance. The food was very good. Cocktails were very good. Presentation was great and our waiter was perfect. Restaurant was a bit cold and table was high and a bit wobley. 4.5 stars must round up. :)

The food was good but the service was so slow. Our waiter "didn't see" us for 10 minutes, and then did the same for the table next to us when they arrived. The restaurant wasn't busy, but it was clear he was busy and maybe they were understaffed. Tons of doordash orders which I think impacted their ability to get things done. Would probably actually just get food doordashed next time.
