We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. When you find out the FedEx won’t open for 2 hours because of a Google Map error, you go to the nearest Starbucks to people watch. Here is what I saw in the 40 minutes waiting for my cold brew:

- 20 people of all shapes in a huddle formation around the pick up area
- Someone ordered a latte with 12 pumps of caramel
- At least 4 different women named ‘Lauren’ picking up a drink
- Someone dying their hair in the bathroom

Maria was simply trying to do her job under pressure because of the crowd. Whether she is a manager or not she has worked at Starbucks for at least 6 years and has never had any complaints
