Food is okay, the lemonade is awesome. The real reason I’m giving 3 stars is because they are unreliable when it comes to take out. There was a few months I couldn’t drive, and I’d try to order them with delivery. Every single time it was wrong and every single time they forgot all sauces (even when I would plead in the comments). Unfortunately will never try again.
Pretty good burger. Lots of free toppings which is nice and the garlic fries are very good. Also, good shakes, but the kid size is more than enough.

I frequent the Super Duper on Telegraph & Durant in Berkeley, and the food & service are always pretty much spot on. With this location, TWICE they got my order wrong. Do better SD in Emeryville.

Excellent food, clean, ambience is nice. But music too loud and then the last time I was there, there was an annoying loud loud beep every two seconds from some machine. I asked the staff twice to please deal w it - they just smiled and laughed and said “oh yeah”. Huh? Look if I’m going to drop $22 for a burger and shake, turn the friggin beeper off and - yeah just turn the beeper off!! Annoying 80s music being that loud is your call, but the beep is unacceptable.
