Pig in a Pickle is located inside Public Market, which makes it super convenient to grab some great bbq whenever a craving hits. My favorites are the brisket and hot links with the spicy bbq sauce. The brisket is super tender with a nice smoke ring and bark. I preordered a few pounds of meat for a party recently and got more fatty pieces than I would have liked. I only know the sides from this place. And I keep coming back for them. The potato salad is freaking amazing, it's mustardy and full of glory. The Mac and cheese is so good I haven't gotten a chance to take a picture of it because I always eat it too quickly. The service is great, quite friendly and i got a bonus extra pickle today!
