Amazing staff and a plethora of pilsners. The 2 Ten is fantastic. Great little outdoor space and the music is different every time. Keep up the great work 👏🏻

Good beer and it used to be our local spot. However we had a bad experience when we brought our baby there as one of our first outings postpartum.

There was only one other person inside sitting at the bar, scrolling with their headphones in. We had the sound machine on to keep her asleep. The bartender came up to us and we thought he was going to offer to turn the music down bc it was loud and we were clearly trying to keep the baby asleep for the benefit of everyone. Instead he said “I know that sound is essential for the baby, but it’s a little intense. Can you turn it off?”

Of course we were super embarrassed and apologized, quickly turning it off, which made her wake up immediately. We left feeling so sad that even in our “progressive” area, the comfort of a single white man will be prioritized over the needs of a new baby and their family. *sigh* not a family friendly place unfortunately.

Lots of tasty choices!

My bf and I have been going to Wondrous for years! It’s one of the best breweries I’ve ever been to, hands down. Love the IPA selection and the bartenders are always so nice and welcoming! An Emeryville gem!

Next level lagers; don’t care much about IPAs but if they’re your jam they have those too

Great beer with impressive variety! Lagers, IPAs, barlywines, cool space with indoor/outdoor seating.

Good selection of beer. Good quality of beer. Atmosphere seems pretty chill. All around good. Would be 5 but prices are a bit high. Could fly if there wasn't so many other great breweries around, but think I'll head down the street next time

This place rules. Brewing some of the best beers in the Bay Area.

Full disclosure: I'm more of a wine drinker than a beer one. Physically I think this place is a beautiful place to hang out. It's kind of a modern industrial take on a biergarten with high ceilings and lots of wood and stainless steel. I've never seen it anything but spotlessly clean. When the weather is warm I definitely prefer hanging out on the patio area in front. They don't serve food themselves, but they sometimes have a food truck and are totally fine with you bringing in outside food. There are a handful of great food choices within walking distance. They're known for their IPAs which aren't usually my jam, but there are always other interesting options to try. For example I had their new "Dark Headed" Imperial Stout on my last visit and really enjoyed it. (It was almost like a dessert wine, but beer if that makes any sense?) They also have taster pours so you can sample one or build a custom flight. It does get a little busy on Friday around happy hour and on weekends. But the service has always been friendly and knowledgeable. I've never had to wait long for drink either. It's obvious they take pride in the product and what they do. They go above and beyond and I am happy to applaud them for it.

On the newer side of breweries in the Berkeley area (for me at least) Tried a little something of every beer style so I can cosign em. Their triple westie won a blind taste test over pliny the younger at city beer store for all you people stuck in the past. Newer breweries make hella noise, too!

Great beer, but $9 for a pint of pils is rough. Getting close to $10 for IPA's.

Great brewery - some excellent European style lagers.

Dropped in after a run & tried the emery beer which really hit the spot. I'll be back to try out the rest of the options.
