Solid mini-donuts! We recently tried Broad Street through the too good to go app and we’re very surprised with the quality and taste of these donuts! We tied the maple, chocolate covered sprinkles, and old fashioned - all incredible! Highly recommend this spot!

Wow I've never been schooled by the owner of a shop like I did this morning! I remember tasting their vegan donuts and liking them so bypassed VG's, which I'll never do again, for a birthday celebration last night. I ordered via their website that has clear pictures marking the ones I wanted as vegan and ordered those specifically over the phone for pickup but instead got spongy no flavor non-vegan ones with stale cereal toppings on some.
When calling this morning to see if they changed the recipe I was told I did not get vegan because I did not specifically request them, even though they're labeled that way on their website. The woman on the phone was defensive and persistently rude telling me if I had come into the shop there are clear signs saying you need to request vegan. She said she would give me a refund so that's great but she's definitely lost customers as I found out she's not just an employee but the owner! There was more schooling and also stating that this has never happened to her in 5 years. Well that's nice but it did just happen and when she kept blaming me I suggested it wouldn't have happened if the employee who took my order simply asked, standard or vegan or whatever their options are IDK. She replied that it is not the responsibility of her employees for my special dietary needs - ouch. Which actually I do not have any. I'm not vegan it's just, turns out, their standard donuts have no flavor. Guess everyone has a bad day but wow she couldn't at all understand the mix-up and escalated everything by calling me patronizing and other things I choose not to remember. Sad.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! Broad Street made us the cutest mini donuts, for a customer appreciation event.

The donuts were perfectly designed to our theme, as well as deliciously baked and fresh. Our team and customers absolutely LOVED them. They also offer GF and vegan donuts !!

Since this event I am now a frequent customer the staff is always so friendly and accommodating.

When I checked my gluten dude app and doing this doughnut place that does vegan, dairy free and gluten free doughnuts made to order I was in heaven just thinking about it. Once I arrived it exceeded my expectations immensely. They are so accommodating, knowledgeable and the menu is extensive so that the fat kid in me was mentally cheering and the favors did not disappoint. Everything I've tried is delicious and no flare ups. I'm totally in heaven with the sheer thought of going back whenever I can. Definitely go and enjoy some of their greatness!! And the pineapple coconut was by far my favorite😉🫶🤙
