Échale is a restaurant offering a unique and delightful dining experience. The ingredients used are fresh, and every dish is packed with flavor. The Pipian Rojo starter, tacos (Oxtail, Pork Belly, and Lamb Barbacoa), and Burger are must-tries, as they are cooked to perfection and full of taste. The Bread & Butter, Sashimi, and Cinnamon Churros are also highly recommended. The burger is gigantic and amazing, and the mushroom toast is something special. The kale salad was delicious, and the carrot starter and skirt steak entree were especially amazing. Échale serves natural wines that are a great alternative to preservative-filled options. The Steak Frites has an amazing flavor, and the fries are excellent. The Tasting Menu, curated by Chef Yontz, is outstanding and comparable to Michelin-rated restaurants. Reservations are easy to secure, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and easy-going. The restaurant has a super chill ambiance, great music, and a beautiful interior. It’s a great place for a memorable meal with fresh, flavorful dishes, incredible wines, and excellent service.

Stopped by on a random Sunday walk. Had a glass wine and some mac n cheese. Both were very nice, good service and great tunes. Can't wait to come back for a dinner.
