I went to the Encinitas Chic Filet this afternoon around 2:30 pm. The gentleman that took my order was gracious and kind. My order was delivered to my table quickly and also with a smile and kindness from the girl that delivered it. Sitting in front of me was a woman wearing pink and she was with a woman who only spoke Spanish. Great experience here. The staff was pleasant and helpful immediately. Our food came quickly and we were able to order without a line inside the store. The drive thru seemed busy but was moving without delay. I am not a chicken sandwich fan but was happy with the fries and drinks. Joseph was very helpful even as a trainee. Great job. I will be back.
