Chili's Grill & Bar

Today is this locations last day. My sister and I along with my niece and nephew had lunch here today and IMO it was a 10 out of 10. There weren't a lot of patrons which in turn made service seem a bit faster than it would've been ordinarily I think. As we were leaving however I noticed a rather large dead rat near the entrance, maybe 25 foot from the front door towards the parking lot. Not sure if that is a hint to some underlying issue or if this locations just didn't make money. Regardless it was a good meal that would've been even better without the sight of the rat upon exiting after a nice meal.

The Encinitas location was best location because of the employees, it is very sad they will be closing in just a couple of weeks ??

In general, Chili's is one of our favorite 'go to" places. If all else fails, the family can find something good to eat, the prices are relatively reasonable, and the service is quick and friendly. That works everywhere it seems, except for this location. The last 3 times we visited have just been so bad. Slow, uninterested service. I mean, the people seem nice, but Management must've figured out how to break the Chili's system that's effective at all the other locations. This is our neighborhood Chili's and the only one we won't go to anymore. Won't matter soon though as they're closing their doors for good.

Bad. We were pretty much the only people here. That should have been a warning.

Love chilis. Best date spot in the world. Always fast, Always tastes amazing. Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers are the best. Never over $35 bucks for as much food as we want.

This place is the real deal!! The food is good and really easy on the budget. They have lunch specials!! The staff is always friendly and I do mean always! I frequent here because the service is really fast and I only have a hour for lunch!!

The food was delicious. The portions are huge at a great price. Their tortilla chips are better then any other restaurant I've been too, especially with their yummy quacamole.

Still a great place to have a meal. Bartender/waiter provided excellent service.

The offered a 3 course menu now! Whick it's almost like going to a fancy restaurant in that sense.

I'm at Chili's right now in Encinitas and my favorite waitress here is Julie Nix She is always been fantastic to me and makes the best chocolate martinis. We've been coming here three years and love all aspects of this Chilis. Great fajitas and burgers.

I am a Chili's aficionado, but this location seems to always leave me unimpressed. The food is to the same standard as other Chili's restaurants, but I just don't feel that the service is as good as other locations I've been to throughout the country.

Really great food and prices. 10 dollars for 4 dishes. A drink, a salad or soup and an entree. It is even cheaper than In and Out.
