Both the coffee and service here are exceptional. At other places typically the barista does not take my order; the downside to that is that mistakes seem fairly frequent. Here the barista/owner takes my order and makes it just as discussed, always a perfect drink. This is my preferred stop when in need of coffee while in Encinitas.
Family owned business and actually the best coffee in Encinitas. Ariel brews a 12 hour iced coffee, a 24 hour cold brew, and a 36 hour nitro cold brew .... try them all, different notes, all GREAT! I go nearly daily.
This is kind of a trailer-in-the-parking-lot place. But hey, the guy working it was super cool, coffee hit the spot, and they even have breakfast sandwiches with pepperoni. What's not to love? Free stickers, too.
