Einstein Bros. Bagels

We have been coming here for 7 years. Today is June 16.
I wanted to commend Leeann and Stephanie for their excellent service today. They are both kind, professional, knowledgeable, polite employees and a joy to work with. Thank you both.

Always super friendly when I go in!

Bagles are too chewy. Got some for family visiting me and it was kind of embarrassing to give them chewy almost seemed raw. Bagles. Never going back. Besides that, I got a breakfast bagle and order took long

Went into shop for lunch. Floors dirty. Restrooms filthy. Would not go back. Three employees with plenty of time on their hands. Nobody in store and we could see why.

I loved my bagel so so so so much.
It was an amazing experience.

This place has mixed reviews and I experienced it on the last time we went with my wife. We waited 45 minutes to get a sandwich coffee which was completely absurd however, this time we ordered online with the app and our food was ready when we got there.

Interesting enough if it wasn’t that crowded so if we ordered when we got there, we probably would’ve got our food in about 10 minutes. I think the last time we were there it was just everybody went all at the same time and it was a very unpleasant experience.

The staff was great and took care of business right away, and our food was out at the expected time. The latte tasted spot on and the breakfast sandwich as you can see, was delicious.

I would highly recommend ordering ahead of time even if you plan on eating there. They have inside dining as well as outside seating but based on the crowds I’ve seen I wouldn’t wanna wait in line for 45 minutes for a bagel. Order early or plan on spending a little extra time there.

Highly recommend the quality of food and drink. It was fantastic.

I have never, ever, walked out with a correct order. If there was another option I would go there. So if you can, go elsewhere.

Open at 6am, great place to get a quick breakfast in the morning, not very busy at all on a Sunday. A few tables to sit inside, but not a lot of sitting room. Bagels are always fantastic.

My husband wanted food from this store this morning. He asked me if I would go so I did. I placed my order but with the cashier but he seem to be having problems upon taking my order. I order a breakfast sandwich which is a hot sandwich and a plain bagel which I order every other day from this store. I complained that my order was incorrect . Another person working there with PINK hair started to argue with regarding what she thought she had heard. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I explained to her that I am in that store every other day and order the same thing. I will never return to this STORE… Then she tried to create an issue with me a the cashier who took my order….

Workers are extremely rude. They need morning people for this type of business.

Your onion bagels need to be improved. All the onions fall off when cutting the bagels.

NOT DOG FRIENDLY. I just went inside with my service animal and the man told me I wasn’t allowed to have dogs in the store. He also said it was state law which is absolutely incorrect. Never once was I asked if it was a service animal. Which is not their business. They just wanted my 7 lb dog out immediately. Then after I put the harmless animal in the car, they said they had a dog come in and pee on the floor. Ok….? What does that have to do with my service dog? I can pee on your floor too. You’re not gonna allow humans after that? Horrible place….
