So the last time I went here it wasn't great but it looks like they changed out the staff. The person who took my order was so happy and sweet!! My order was perfect and the food was really good. So happy I gave them another chance!

I enjoy eating at El Pollo Loco! I came here late at night and order a family meal and the chicken was juicy and delicious. I would recommend coming here again. Also, their burritos are delicious I tried the chicken avocado and it delicious and big.Kid-friendliness: They are friendly with everyone not just kids!

Well, this time I was there for half an hour the lane was big and one at the cash register. He wasn’t happy for some reason got my food was good ate and left.
I just came to say that there was this very nice woman working at the drive thru. I was very indecisive of what I wanted to eat for my lunch and she helped me decide. She also greeted me at the window with a smile and was very nice. I believe her name was Carmen. She's a star employee. We need more kind and nice people like her working in customer service.

Good and healthy Mexican cuisine. Me and my lady could live off this stuff black beans and avocado are a regular thing on their meals. Can't ask for much more one of my favorite fast food for sure a little pricey and that's why it get 4 stars instead of 5Wheelchair accessibility: They have easy access to the sidewalk that leads to the door and everything is on the first floor so yeah definitely has easy wheelchair access

Grabbed a Classic Chicken Tostada Salad for lunch. The salad was topped with a generous portion of chicken, greens, sour cream, beans and rice. Added creamy cilantro sauce and salsa to add some kick. The salad was reasonably priced. The restaurant was clean, bright, well decorated and comfortable. Service was fast and friendly. I'll be back when I need another, quick, satisfying meal.

I had a wonderful drive thru experience with Angel taking my order. He made me feel heard, I didn't have to repeat any portion of my order as he heard me the first time around. I could tell he was busy and hustling during the start of lunch time, but even though he was busy taking the next order, he never dropped the ball and missed a portion of making me feel happy to have my lunch here today.
