Solid and Reliable. Great location. Good service. Some of the best fish selection in town. TKO Taco ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Good beer selection. Kids menu has items for those more adventurous and those not so much. All in all, great Encinitas vibe.

I had the daily catch Fish n Chips. The batter is super light and crispy, and the fish melted like butter. Great beers on tap, bottles available, and wines. A lo line formed, but the wait after is short, and food comes out hot. Lots of outdoor seating with heat lamps for the cooler days, plenty of indoor seating as well. Staff was quick and friendly. Everyone had a smile despite how busy they were.

I live very close to this place and for a few months I went here regularly out of convenience. For what I payed for my meals and the experience I got (value), I would say its pretty sub par. It has an amazing location and its a nice little patio. Quality fish is hard to tell because I would say out of the 20 or so meals 15 of them were over cooked, dry and just seasoned to death to make up for the lack of quality. I would say I did have 5 decent, above average, meals here. Oh and they do cook the steamed veggies really well. But the service is just a bunch of kids who walk around high-fiving each other with little to no worries about whats happening at the restaurant. But whatever, its a surf town so.. what do you expect. However, if you go down the street to Fish 101 or, really, anywhere else, you will get better service and better quality food. This place is expensive for what it is, but the location is nice and convenient.

Cody runs an awesome place. Stop here every time I’m in Encinitas. Especially good place to eat after getting rejected for a tour putter across the street at Scotty Cameron. Highly recommend the fish shop shrimp
