The gluten free pizza here has had me dreaming of going back to Encinitas ever since I took a bite. The owner has created a magical, fluffy, crispy dough that is every celiac pizza lovers dream.
This place is so so good!! I saw this spot on social media and knew I had to try it as soon as I got to town. It was just as delicious as it appears online. This is the BEST pizza spot in town.So many flavors and combos and the crust is so light and airy . Different than anything u have had before. Highly recommend!Also, the owner and staff were very welcoming and super friendly. I can’t wait to come back.

I read the 1 star review by Rachna and she's a crusty old tart lol. This place is legit one of the best Italian spots I've been to while visiting Socal. There were only 2 employees working the night I came. For 1, it was their first day. But all the same they helped me find good tasty pizza. It came out hot and fresh too. The dessert was the best part. Super tasty and I'll definitely be coming back with friends. :)
