Hammer to the rescue! East coasters in search of a delicious pizza on the west coast…look no further! Hammers NY Pizza is delicious and thoughtfully prepared. We ordered the plain 1/2 pepperoni and it was so good! Thin, crispy, flavorful and well balanced. Can’t wait to try more of the menu!
We were visiting the Carlsbad/Encinitas area and searched for local pizza. Hammer's popped up and we were excited to try. It did not disappoint! This really reminded me of pizza from a place a few blocks away from Madison Square Garden. Thin crispy crust cooked to perfection and the cheese was so flavorful. Their house made ranch also completed this meal!
One of the best NY Pies I've had since I was in NYC a few years ago. The cheese pie was pretty perfect, not too much cheese or sauce, crust was firm and a bit crunchy, no end of slice droop here. We're from Phx AZ where finding a great NY pie is touch and go. The owner was great to talk to and is very knowledgeable about food, Pizza for sure, Hammer's NY Pizza is our go to place for Pizza from now on when we visit the SD area, Thx for the great pizza.
