Herb & Sea has been a staple part of my rotation since moving to Encinitas a couple of years ago. Their happy hour deals - especially their $20 “happy meal” which comes with champagne, a burger, and oysters - never disappoint!
Tip: you can actually make a reservation for happy hour, which I highly suggest considering this place is always packed!

Third time being here . Love the drinks close distance to the beach and downtown to talk off being totally stuffed . Make reservations ! This place is packed ! I don’t think I have yet to try something I haven’t thoroughly enjoyed .
