The place has potential but needs to make some changes immediately. First off, close the windows and doors or get some heat lamps, it's the middle of winter. It was 47 outside, and 47 inside. Absolutely freezing inside and everyone - including men - had their coats on, not fun. The staff refused to close the doors or windows (insane). Burger, fries & drink were delicious but only once they got it right because the service was atrocious....ordered burger well done, came out...read full review
