Saul is the best sandwich maker I’ve ever encountered. I don’t know how, cause I order the same thing at tons of other Jersey Mike’s but it’s 10x better when Saul makes my meal. Went to Jersey Mike's tonight, and the service was horrible. 2 guys working, and when I walked in, he said all we have is wheat bread. No, hello .I ordered a chicken sandwich, and he said we're cleaning the grill, and we can't make any chicken. So then I called person and they didn't want to order after all . I ordered a Turkey provolone, and he said we don't have provolone. I said cheddar he said. "All we have is Swiss and American cheese.". So I said Swiss . I AM SO OVER IT!!! As he made my sandwich, he then was slamming things around and told the other guy who just started cleaning the grill cause he was helping an older lady in front of me do you want on it.wanted he was not listening and added oil then I said never said oil he atarted over making my sandwich. He was slamming things around and told the other guy who just started cleaning the grill cause he was helping an older lady in front of me tone of his voice he did not want to make any more sandwiches he was thoroughly done.He stopped my sandwich togather and didnt say anything else.Poor lady was so nice told them thank you have a nice night they said nothing to her.Really said that he is hurting the business for this place. Imagine how many others he treated like this today.
