I had an amazing worker named Analy always take care of me and she has to be one of the sweetest nicest woman I've met. The whole staff is indeed amazing. Making me delicious sandwiches every day 5 days a weak for the last 3 months. I love it here. ANALY IS DEFINATELY MY FAVORITE EMPLOYEE

Went to Jersey Mike's tonight, and the service was horrible. 2 guys working, and when I walked in, he said all we have is wheat bread. No, hello .I ordered a chicken sandwich, and he said we're cleaning the grill, and we can't make any chicken. So then I called person and they didn't want to order after all . I ordered a Turkey provolone, and he said we don't have provolone. I said cheddar he said. "All we have is Swiss and American cheese.". So I said Swiss . I AM SO OVER IT!!! As he made my sandwich, he then was slamming things around and told the other guy who just started cleaning the grill cause he was helping an older lady in front of me do you want on it.wanted he was not listening and added oil then I said never said oil he atarted over making my sandwich. He was slamming things around and told the other guy who just started cleaning the grill cause he was helping an older lady in front of me tone of his voice he did not want to make any more sandwiches he was thoroughly done.He stopped my sandwich togather and didnt say anything else.Poor lady was so nice told them thank you have a nice night they said nothing to her.Really said that he is hurting the business for this place. Imagine how many others he treated like this today.

Love Jersey Mikes. Place is the best for subs. Everything on the menu rocks. They have a new Manager Anna Leigh who makes the sandwiches literally look like the commercial. A sandwich artist for sure and she is extremely nice and friendly. Staff is always on point. Highly recommend this place for a quick fantastic sandwich to keep you on the move!

I came here to have dinner with my girlfriend and we both ordered a #16 which is the Chicken Philly. I told the girl that was making my sandwich that I wanted mayo, tomatoes, lettuce and grilled pickles on it; she doesn't write it down like other employees do when you order. While me and my girlfriend were observing her making my sandwich I saw her put the tomatoes on the grill (when I never said for grilled tomatoes) and she even puts the lettuce on the grill (when I never wanted the lettuce to be grilled) then she mixes the grilled lettuce with the chicken, onions and peppers and scoops it all from the grill into my sandwich. I took a few bites out of the sandwich and I couldn't taste the juice that's supposed to be coming from the tomato and the lettuce tasted and looked disgusting. I had to throw it away because the sandwich just tasted nasty. I seriously thought that I was going to throw up after taking bites out of that sandwich. Seriously who puts lettuce on the grill?! If this girl is working the next time my girlfriend and I decide to eat at Jersey Mike's then we are going some place else!
