The small place features ocean-themed decor with hand-painted walls and offers both indoor and outdoor seating, along with a water cooler.

The menu includes standout items like awesome California burritos with a great ratio of every ingredient and no pico, better carnitas, Carne Asada Nachos made with perfectly balanced portions, and both fish tacos and Carne asada street tacos. Portions are generous—a burrito is almost enough for two meals, and the nachos could easily feed two. Their red and green salsas are delicious, addictingly spicy, with the red being slightly spicier. While some find the carne asada tacos not the best and the fish taco could be crispier, it remains the cheapest food in Encinitas. With non-stop to-go orders, it is a highly recommended monthly meal worth a special trip.
