Excellent experience. Customer service was outstanding from everyone. Our server was very perfect! Menu had a great assortment and everything we ordered was delicious and had nice presentation. We were very pleased with our first visit and definitely will be back!
It was an okay experience overall. We mentioned it was our anniversary and were hoping for at least a small acknowledgment, but nothing happened, which was a bit disappointing—other places usually do something. The music was hard to hear and didn't have much energy, which was a letdown since that's why we chose the place. Service was also not very attentive, even though it wasn't busy. I still like this spot, but this visit just didn't live up to expectations....
Fantastic experience, food and service. We were looking for a coastal restaurant to have lunch with the extended family. Le Papagayo had great atmosphere and a diverse menu that served lunch and breakfast during our late morning visit. We highly recommend and plan to return soon.
