I had a great experience at this restaurant. The service was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and full of flavor. Overall, a wonderful dining experience that I would happily recommend to others.
What's the purpose of having a reservation if we had to wait 15 minutes??? Once we sat we waited long to catch the attention of server, 10 minutes, and it took another 10 minutes for our drinks. Food wasn't great just ok. So overall in my opinion they are understaffed and good done in a hurry hence just ok.
I would like to give EL Papagayo a better rating, but right from the start it was a disappointment. We've been here many times and really enjoyed it but not this time. Even though we made a reservation for 4 we were given a large table for 6 or 8 which great affected our conversation. I asked the very young hostess to reseat us, but she was not willing to go the extra mile to solve our problem as the remedy was not something she could deal with. Such as looking for a table...
