This was our first time here. Recommend you go early or make reservations. A bit pricey, but, OMG the food was amazing! We had the Oaxaca steak skillet tacos & the Roasted Hawaiian Kahula Pork. We will definitely go back!
We came to watch the Chargers on Monday night football. There aren't many Chargers fans left in San Diego lol. We had already had dinner so we ordered dessert and it was absolutely fabulous. The flourless chocolate cake was epic. And for something lighter the sorbet trio was amazing. I really love the fact these guys have live music almost every night. On Monday night there was a solo artist doing some blues music. Just an awesome place overall.
I've been going to Le Papagayo since the beginning. Consistently a chill/welcoming vibe. The food delicious! The mussels=total chef's kiss!! I highly recommend.
Parking: A 4 on atmosphere due to super inconvenient parking. Nothing they can really do about it though. Just be prepared to walk. Not really a bad thing!
