Very rude on phone
Today was my first time selling sports cards and was pretty nervous since the mutiple card shops ive been too havent been the best. I really appreciate the employee working today. He was super cool, welcoming and friendly. He took his time and even had great conversation. Thank you so much.
I love this place! They redesigned the store, and added a room to break packs.
Best store ive seen so far In san diego. They don't price gouge and offer a great price if you're selling cards. They have an Instagram that does breaks online. A must to check out also.
Can’t rely on new product releases/drops and overcharges like hell!
Called day before got quote for 5 hobby boxes was told 158 all in per box
Had them hold em for me
Drove 40 minutes here
When I got here they tried to charge 172 per box
Guy was rude acted like he msged the owner to see if anything could be done but not really sure
Waste of my time driving 40 min each way for a bate and switch price
This place has rejuvenated my love for collecting. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend among all card shops because they actually care about the customer.
I collective a lot of cards, specifically Pokémon, but this is one of the biggest shops I have ever seen. It has so many collectibles not only sports cards. They have magic Pokémon Yu-Gi-Oh and a whole bunch of other stuff. I know know that this might be the closest shop to me, but generally, I feel lucky that I live in this place because as I’ve said multiple times, this is a great card shop
Gave me an autograph for free. Very nice
This place is legit ,
Really great stuff ,
The older guy there has no personality but other than that it’s a good shop .
Super nice and informed staff! Full shop, always getting new stuff. Their live breaks on Instagram are electric. Great spot!
Restaurantji Recommends
Nice card shop. I didn't have much time for shopping, but I picked up some cards and unopened packs of 2024 MLB.
We decided to stop on in before heading back to our hotel in San Diego. I only had 10 minutes to shop. I was too far south to check out burbank cards.
Ross Cards in Encinitas is the first ever in that coastal city. When you enter it's decorated with framed autographed jerseys and display signed professional helmets. The total layout is organized and attractive and you are greeted with personnel that are friendly and knowledgeable. This is a place for sports fans of all ages. You get to buy, talk sports and learn sports card care. There's even a big flat screen TV to catch the latest game action. Your card treasures await you in this place of dreams. Fill up.
So I went to go take my collection there and I don't know who the guy is who works there he wanted to take a look at my collection he literally scrolled through the pages without even looking at him while he continued to talk to his coworker talk about horrible customer service this place is the worst overpriced and in full of a bunch of know-it-alls who wouldn't give you a dime for any of your cards will never shop there again and I will tell people never to go there
The BEST Card Shop I’ve ever been to! As a collector, sports fan, or just tourist, this is a MUST visit every time! Friendly Staff, Beautiful Display, Great Environment, and they have EVERYTHING you could possibly imagine in stock! By far the #1 Sports Card Shop in America! ???
Came in with the intention to sell cards and got low balled ($10) for cards that were worth at least $80. These scammers thought I was stupid. Was excited about this place (even bought packs from them), but ever since that interaction, I’d advise you to bring your business else where. I went somewhere else and traded for a psa graded project 70 Mickey mantle with those same cards!! Crazy..
