I was incredibly disappointed with the bottle service experience at this establishment. Our server, Jasmine, was assigned to our table but failed to provide the service we expected. Despite waiting for two hours, she only brought the bottles and mixers once and never returned. When a friend inquired about the service, we resorted to serving ourselves by getting our own cups. Things took a turn for the worse when the manager confronted Jasmine about neglecting her tables, resulting in her displaying unprofessional and hostile behavior towards our friend. This completely ruined the atmosphere we were hoping to enjoy. It's unacceptable for staff to exhibit such behavior towards customers, and management should address these issues promptly. This experience was far from worth the evening out, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking a pleasant night out.

This place was so fun. we got a table and had a great time - the dj's are awesome, some of the best house music I've heard in San Diego- The one thing I'd recommend is getting there early, after 10:30 or so there's a long line to get in

Bartenders charged us over $80 for 3 shots after doing their own shots right in front of us and said there's we're on the house. I'm certain they charged us for it. Got sexually assaulted multiple times by guys who bought tables and the bouncers did nothing to stop them only threatened to have me and my girlfriends removed

My friends and I were kicked out after being sexually assaulted. I wouldn't put it past them for kicking us out when we were all Mexican and the guy that assaulted us was a white boy that bought a table. We explained to the bouncer what happened and that they threw drinks on us because we wouldn't let them touch us but somehow we still got removed

Awful bar in Encinitas, do not recommended whatsoever. Ripoff as well as awful service. Bouncers are mean and objectify women. Me and my girlfriends stopped by to have some drinks after hearing shelter was good vibes but it is completely opposite. 3 dark haired male bouncers were rude asf, short and disrespectful. Felt so uncomfortable just by the bouncers and our first encounter and the bartenders were no better. Ended up feeling like a very dodgy and judgemental bar that I do not recommend stopping by especially if your a woman.

Everything was a disappointment except the bouncer this time. We got charged $56 for 2 drinks of gin and tonic. The bartenders poured some shots for themselves and then us; they then said it was on the house but I think they probably charged us that. The DJ was okay. Nevertheless, I appreciate his hustle and energy that he tried to bring. I love the booths and decors inside. There was a backyard with a campfire which was cute. The negative stars are mostly for the outrageous pricing without an itemized receipt

Rating 3 stars because i solely love going for the music and my experience overall with this club, ive had a great time. lines can get long and crowds of people sometimes cut the line which is quite unfair. People cutting the line makes the wait to go inside take longer if it's a crowded night. The people there are 50/50, girls shoving and being rude for no reason, some girl fell from her booth and grabbed my neck when she fell down which pissed me off. It can get super crowded and packed inside which makes it hard to navigate through the club and you can't really see because it's so dark inside. Sometimes I feel sorry for the workers trying to clean up and get through on busy nights and have made friends with one of the servers who was really nice :)

was not allowed in for "not being in mens dresscode" as a nonbinary person...bouncer said to me "well maybe if you changed it on your license we could let you in." As they let in many other people wearing less nice clothes and smaller tank tops. They may not realize that their behavior is homophobic and dangerous but that's their fault and should know/do better.
Everything is great except the bouncer named "Naan" or "Nahn" (I'm pretty sure I heard that he is the manager... which is absolutely ridiculous hence all of the reviews I've seen). They must not care because they know people will come anyway. My legal best friend from Canada was visiting and had her ID + multiple second forms of identity verification and he wouldn't accept it. Soon after he had a physical altercation with another man in line. He was extremely rude and condescending to everyone. Eventually she was able to find a picture of her passport and she was let in but the situation this bouncer put us in was extremely unfair and unnecessary. He was power tripping and had no reason not to let her in. There was a second bouncer with him who did absolutely nothing but watch. Educate your bouncers on foreign ID's and how to treat people. I never write reviews but the situation we experienced was absurd and something we have never seen before.

Celebrated a friends bachelorette night here and the service was impeccable. Donangelo, the VIP host was extremely accommodating with a few changes to our table and with all of our requests throughout the night. Our Server Madison was so sweet and fun to be around she was so spunky and we loved her personality. Her skills should be admired! Mateo at the door was also so pleasant to be around with other specific requests and everyone really surprised us with how incredible the service we here. 100% recommend

I've only been when it's turned into a night club, the ambiance is fun, the rooftop opens up revealing the sky, it does get pretty packed on the weekends, so if you don't like a crowd, buy a table with a large group. It's a house music/techno club, I enjoy this music to a certain extent, so sometimes it can be overboard personally, but if that's your vibe when it comes to music, they do it perfectly! The bathroom is always a longgg wait as there's only 2 stalls. But overall a good place, with good service!

Bouncers are extremely!! rude and will try to intimidate and harass you as a woman.I’ve been to many places/bars and clubs all over the world, but I have never ever experienced a place like this.
