As of right now, one of the Starbucks that keep offering the services they used to before the "change." They still having tables inside and outside and not one but two restrooms available. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting and definitely what you wait for when you visit a Starbucks.

Worst manager of all time! That’s the reason why the ratings are only a 3.5 because the manager is so horrible. They replaced the old manager after he quit with this woman who thinks she’s still in the military. All of the regulars stopped coming to this location because she is so rude.

I am giving this Starbucks a low review because of their lack of response to a slipping hazard at their store. There is a spilled drink puddle in front of their front door. I have pointed it out to 2 different employees and was told they could not clean it up. I have been here 30 minutes and the puddle was there when I came. Evidently the manager is not here. Definite a lack of caring about cystomer safety.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for about 5 years now. The staff is always very nice and they make their drinks really well. It's always very clean. I would say that I do not like the atmosphere as far as the look of the the place, and I would say the same of every Starbucks that they do not have enough good food options. This location also closes their drive-thru in the morning pretty often before 8:15, which I do not like. So this is why I give this a four-star and not a five.

This is by far the slowest Starbucks location I have been to. I always do mobile orders, but you have to place them at least 30min before you plan to be there. Even then, I’ve still waited. I always have a basic coffee or cold brew with cream. Very simple order. Staff never seem happy or personable like other locations. They obviously need resources they’re not receiving.
The drive-thru was closed, so I went and enjoyed my coffee, the staff were super friendly and it was a pleasure being inside. Juan, Galilea, and Jake we're the staff. I enjoyed being inside having food and coffee.

Starbucks store lobby was closed, but drive through and mobile orders were open. Knocked on front door for mobile order pickup. Several employees turned and saw me, but chose to ignore me. Sign on door said to go to Drive for mobile orders. Walked to drive thru and was told not to stand at drive thru window. Employee refused to give me drinks and insisted I get out of drive thru. If they’re closing the lobby, they should have a process for walk-ins picking up mobile orders. Terrible service today!!

I don’t know what is happening with this store recently. I used to come everyday but recently it’s been so bad. I was in line and noticed the manager aurora was being super condescending and rude to the customer in front of me, I was hesitant to even order after that. I should’ve walked out but when it was my time to order she was rude to me too!!! I’ve honestly never had a worse experience out of ANY Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Super unfortunate but I won’t be coming back. I’m also not surprised to see a lot of other 1 star reviews. Just terrible
