So packed, super slow service, drive through cars thst came in after my coworkers and I ordered got their orders before us. Went to Versailles cofe a block away the next morning, no line, delicious pastries and coffee.

Won’t allow you to use the restroom without first making a purchase. I’d just bought coffee at a different Starbucks and had a female emergency as I was driving home. What a horrible way to treat someone who desperately needs the restroom.

This location seems to hire anyone off the street with tattoos for management. No visible name tags and when asked for a name she walks away. When asked for the General Manager’s number she claimed she was busy with an empty drive thru. What type training does one have to go through to give this bad of service?

One star because whoever the guy is working the drive-thru has the energy of a middle seat on Spirit Airlines. So rude for no reason, like sir—you’re taking my coffee order, not filing my taxes. Get him away from people

Longest wait to get drinks

An employee telling me I'm wasting their time is crazy.

Came in this morning for a mobile order at 9:40am. Store was empty from the parking lot to drive thru. So I decided to utilize the drive thru.

While the girl that attended me initially was very kind. A guy came to the window and told me to utilize the speaker for mobile orders. I let him know I understood however, I couldn't roll my window down due to some new tint on the window. He proceeded to tell me to do it next time because I am wasting his time on just coming around.

The trend of long wait times when you order inside and unprofessionalism in the employees is high at this location.

Only recommend you waste your time here if your looking to have an unpleasant experience.

This place takes forever and it may be due to them being understaffed. Waited over 15 minutes for a coffee when ordering inside. Drive thru is randomly closed throughout the day. Not worth paying $8 for a latte that takes 20 minutes to make. Employee working is more focused on making Mobile orders than focusing on the customers in the establishment. Ended up leaving after waiting so long without the coffee. A little heads up when ordering about how long it will take would be nice

A truly awful store. Incompetent, rude staff. They botch your order then act like you need to kiss their arse when you ask for what you ordered and paid for.

In particular double check your order before you leave the drive through. Otherwise they will refuse to remake your order. The epitome of bad service.
