I visited this Starbucks today, and I was immediately struck by the prominent display of a rainbow flag hanging above the counter. While I understand the intent behind it, I found it deeply divisive and alienating. Instead of fostering unity, this flag feels like a political statement that excludes those who donāt share the same views or identity. It creates an atmosphere of division rather than inclusivity, and I couldnāt help but feel uncomfortable as a customer just wanting a coffee, not a lecture.
In a country like the United States, I believe this space would be better served by displaying the American flag. The American flag represents unity, freedom, and shared values for all citizens, regardless of background or beliefs. It would create a welcoming environment for everyone, not just a select group. I left feeling disappointed and unwelcome, and I wonāt be returning until this divisive symbol is replaced with something that truly brings us together as Americans. One star for the experienceāfocus on coffee, not politics.

I used to live in Leucadia and frequent this Starbucks often, and I NEVER had anything but amazing service and correct drinks. Everyone working there has always been so kind in my experience.
I moved away a few months ago and just visited again because my family still lives in Leucadia, and wow, what a nice treat to come back. I decided to walk in since the drive through line was long, and as soon as I did, about every single employee working greeted me with a smile and āwelcome inā/āgood morningā etc. I didnāt see everyoneās name tag, but one of the people helping me was Trevor and was very kind. This was on 12/29 in the morning.
These guys have screwed up my order so many times. It's interesting how they can just not care when it happens to. This last time, the lady goes, oh well it got lost in the translation. Great. If possible avoid this place for some place that have nicer people.

The staff here work really hard and are always friendly despite the never ending flow of traffic through the drive through. Iām impressed at how efficient they are. Going into the shop can be slow so we tend to stay in the car. Thank you Starbucks team!

Iām a long term customer but only because of the convenience of the location. I will say though the quality of mine and my husbands drinks as well as our visits are times ten these days. Ever since they hired their new manager the place had 180d in all aspects. Thank you Nicky for your kindness and obvious business savvy. You see her work so hard and uplift her employees every time we come in.
This Starbucks is always solid. Itās super easy to get to right off the freeway. They do their best to get you through the drive through fast.
Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian options
Dietary restrictions: They are knowledgeable and can tell You about anything on their menu to accommodate food restrictions. Most items are not changeable though.
Parking: The parking lot is free but there arenāt many spaces and you can easily get stuck during a rush for the drive through.
Kid-friendliness: Itās a small shop and there are no places to sit.
Wheelchair accessibility: The parking is tough and a bit hard to maneuver around here.
This is not anything against a specific location but google is asking me to review Starbucks and I know that Starbucks as a brand uses cheap coffee, burns their beans so you canāt tell how cheap and flawed those beans are, then on top adds a ton of sugar so you are actually getting a high from the sugar content.

Iāve lived right down the street in Leucadia for almost 4 years now and regret every time Iām in a rush and I come to this location. The staff is always frustrated and quite frankly seems very overworked and undertrained (new people every 3-4 weeks). They fully give you an iced americano (water with x2 shots of espresso) instead of an iced coffee almost every time (like 8 out of 10 times) which is nowhere near the same caffeine amount - differing by 300 or so mg. Iāve seen it personally with my own eyes when I go in (removed any cafe seating/atmosphere btw) and have verbally corrected it multiple times just to be gaslit - them not knowing I was a partner for almost 5 years. If youāre in the drive through, prepare to have your beverages massively watered down (literally taste like nothing) or double the dairy to make up for complete lack of prepping the correct brews and management stocking and staffing properly. I worked opening shift for a drive through location next to a freeway 10 years ago (being a teenager) and we NEVER had mishaps like this. The standard has completely gone downhill unfortunately and I hope Starbucks can recover their quality that America came to love sometime soon.

Food and drink were great. However, I would NOT recommend you put this location in your GPS to meet up with a friend for coffeex and certainly donāt plan to come here to study, work, or anything! They have removed every chair, every tableā¦ anything that welcomes you to stay. It is obvious they donāt want you to.
