I ordered on the mobile app to the wrong location and they still took my order and made it no charge! Nicest staff by far! really appreciated it.

App says in store and drive thru open until 8pm. Doors locked when we got there at 6:30 pm with no hours or signage indicating why. Only an QR code pointing to the standard hours. Employees inside motioned/indicating that only drive thru open.
That is bad communications, subpar service.
Not impressed.

For drive through this location is probably fine but I'd skip this location if you want go inside. No seating inside, no bakery display case and the associates seemed like they were zombies. The blonde girl doing drinks was barely mumbling the names on the cups and she didnt even put the hot sleeve on my drink she just set it on top still folded up. The parking lot also sucks.

I arrived at 7:35 PM, but the place was already closed—even though the listed closing time is 8:00 PM. If you stop serving or begin closing up earlier, that should be clearly stated. It’s frustrating to show up expecting service and find the doors already shut.

I don’t why they say they are open until 8 pm they are always locked doors by 6:30 I work at a hospital nearby so I order ahead for my night shift and park and every-time I end up having to get in the drive through which is what I ordered ahead to avoid

This place stays locked past open hours making it impossible for me to get coffee with my oversized vehicle. Employees will literally watch you through the glass.

I asked for extra toasted and they gave me a burnt croissant, that was smoking hot

Their drive thru operation is terrible. No move more than 10 mins. Not recommend if you are in hurry.

Great and fast store. Drive-thru is busy but the indoors is quick. Nick and Kenzie hooked it up this am! I had a large office order of about 15 drinks and probably seven food items, and they knocked it all out and probably less than 10 minutes. 🙌🏻

I visited this Starbucks today, and I was immediately struck by the prominent display of a rainbow flag hanging above the counter. While I understand the intent behind it, I found it deeply divisive and alienating. Instead of fostering unity, this flag feels like a political statement that excludes those who don’t share the same views or identity. It creates an atmosphere of division rather than inclusivity, and I couldn’t help but feel uncomfortable as a customer just wanting a coffee, not a lecture.

In a country like the United States, I believe this space would be better served by displaying the American flag. The American flag represents unity, freedom, and shared values for all citizens, regardless of background or beliefs. It would create a welcoming environment for everyone, not just a select group. I left feeling disappointed and unwelcome, and I won’t be returning until this divisive symbol is replaced with something that truly brings us together as Americans. One star for the experience—focus on coffee, not politics.
