Usually good service but a sign showing you're closed at 7:15 when all be lights are on would be helpful or coming on the drive thru intercom to tell a customer that you're closed when they are waiting would be nice.

There's no inside or outside patio to sit at this location. Many Starbucks in cali have eliminated any seats, many closed the bathrooms I didn't check on this one. Basically its meant to get your drink and get the hell out. Theres endless coffee places around with nice patios outside or inside to sit in, that are not name brand coffee places.

This has got to be the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Since they unionized (I am pro union). They ate slow and have been closed more than they are open. Half the time the drive thru is closed .

Don't bother walking into this place to order. If you're not in a car, and haven't ordered online, you're going to be waiting 20 minutes minimum

Probably the slowest Starbucks you can possibly go to . If you decide to do the drive-through and there's a line , be prepared to sit there for a good 15-20 minutes . Very very very slow .

Order a drink and the guy read it back to me perfect. I get up to the drive through and the girl Sydni had this ugly look and was super rude. I usually go to Starbucks locations that everyone is friendly and happy. They show they are happy to be at work. This girl, wouldn't make eye contact and when I asked to get the drink because it looked odd. I asked for a remake as this wasn't what I ordered. They make me a new one that took exactly 9 minutes. She slams the glass door and give me the stare down. At this point I want my money back but they have the window closed. So she comes back gives me the drink, as I am driving off she tells me to have a blessed day and I don't even respond. I taste the drink and it has nothing to do with a brown sugar shaken Expresso. I spend thousands of dollars on Starbucks and this is by far the worst location.

Starbucks in Encinitas, California, graces the heart of this charming coastal town, standing as a testament to what a great coffee shop experience should be.From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a warm welcome that sets the tone for your visit. The first thing that strikes you about this Starbucks is the genuine friendliness of its employees. Their smiles are not just routine but appear to radiate from a place of authenticity. They make you feel like a valued guest, taking the time to get your order just right, and offering suggestions if you're feeling adventurous. It's a welcoming atmosphere that turns a regular coffee run into a delightful social interaction. But it's not just the staff that shines; the entire establishment exudes cleanliness and order. The moment you walk through the door, you're met with the inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The spotless countertops, gleaming coffee machines, and neatly arranged pastries all contribute to the sense of a well-maintained and hygienic environment, perfect for those seeking a moment of respite from the outside world. What truly sets this Starbucks apart is the remarkable sense of community it fosters. It's a place where friends meet, colleagues brainstorm, and individuals find solace in the pages of a good book. The ambiance is cozy, with a mix of comfortable seating options, from plush armchairs by the window to high-top tables that cater to those on the go. The soothing background music adds to the overall atmosphere, making it a place where you can both concentrate on work or enjoy a leisurely chat with friends. In terms of the beverage and food offerings, Starbucks in Encinitas maintains the high standard expected from the brand. Their coffee is consistently excellent, whether you prefer a classic cappuccino or a trendy cold brew. The pastries, sandwiches, and snacks are always fresh and provide a variety of options to suit any palate.Overall, Starbucks in Encinitas, CA, is not just a coffee shop; it's an experience. It's a place where hospitality, cleanliness, and community blend seamlessly to create an oasis of comfort and relaxation. Whether you're starting your day, taking a break, or ending your evening, this Starbucks offers a slice of caffeinated paradise that will keep you coming back for more.

Bad location, overall. I would give a 10th of a star, but 1 star is the lowest google review rating option.I'm a very patient person AVOID this location. A quick stop for a black medium coffee turned into a 40-minute wait in a no exit drive-through line and a lecture about pronouns for strangers taking our order from a hostile employee.Very slow, causing a traffic jam and the workers are totally unaware of it, moving very slow, chit chatting, or on their phones, just not paying attention. Starting conversations via the drive-through speaker and not paying attention to the order are some observed behaviors that make the wait time so long. The cashier at the window appeared to be intoxicated. They were talking way too much, slurring, and their behavior was off. They had only about half of what's on their menu actually available, which adds to the ordering time. If you point out that they got your order wrong (a simple black coffee child hot), they make a big deal and start to argue. Simply telling the cashier #2 that we were still waiting for our second drink that "she" (cashier 1) still had in her hand as she was chit chatting with another staff member completely set off cashier 2 into a proper pronoun lesson - with all respect we were just trying to get out of there and take our tired Marine home for the day from his training, we weren't there to build a relationship with the employees. We had been stuck in the drive-through line for over 30 minutes. The location appears to be mismanaged. Some customer service training would help. Having the people at the window assist with order preparation, rather than having 5 minute conversations with people in cars, when the drive through wait is out to the street and about 30 minutes long, may also help. Paying more attention to getting the order correct and getting orders out will go a long way.
