My regular shop. I always get good service. BUT… the music choices!! 😩🤦♀. Who does this??!! This is not a cocktail lounge. It is not a dance club. Read your audience! People are trying to focus on their work or talk to their little kids. I even see people using headphones to block out the awful music. Play music that’s appropriate to the time and place. Some have visited for years, noting the manager and staff are always welcoming, know names and drink preferences, and keep composure during the morning rush to get orders out fast. The well-trained staff, store cleanliness, and quality of menu items earn an A+. Others bought a gift card on Christmas Eve, finding the barista cool, calm, efficient, and very nice with a beautiful smile, though the store windows and interior decor were stark with only one hand-written sign. One customer stopped for a Pumpkin Latté, which was very good, with friendly baristas and prompt service. However, another customer called it the worst Starbucks in the area, reporting a wrong order at 5am in the drive-through and being ignored by three employees after the store was locked despite a 4:30am opening sign.
