We have a family tradition of trying donut shops all around San Diego and on our travels. We have found that quality comes with independently owned places where the owners are artisans who make their donuts themselves and whose livelihood depends on their reliable product. Super donuts #2 is just such a place and our favorite donut shop in San Diego. Not fancy on the outside or inside, cash only. Just great donuts.
Small diner atmosphere with the BEST donuts ever! I don’t eat many donuts so when I decide to indulge, it’s going to be here!
The owner is the hardest working and most kindest lady as well.
The only place to go. I had to look up the name because it was introduced to me as “Sara’s” the owner/ operators name by friends.
. Coffee is really good as well. There are other breakfast items that the guys say are delicious as well. Love this local family...
