I have being checking it out ever year for a least the past 5. The best decor in downtown Encinitas but very limited menu that never changes. It needs better management. Service although friendly is alway very slow. Today it took over 10 minutes to get a glass of water. I immediately put in my order. Another 10 minutes to get my glass of wine. Live music and the food are great at the Roxy
Super bad service, needed to order a $120 bottle of Caymus wine from a different waiter. Dennis maybe came by twice? Surveillance camera can show you more detail.. the manager asked me how can they improve ?and I said well first don’t lie to me about serving me gluten-free noodles for the beef stroganoff and tell me that they are penne noodles are noodles and then automatically put a surcharge for a party of seven for gratuities without even asking me if I wanted to pay for...read full review
