Last night, my friends and I went to Roxy for dinner to celebrate a birthday, and unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with our server, Andrew OG. Fun, relaxed vibe. Live music was one guy with a guitar, great voice, playing songs we know and love. Drinks were delish. Friday evening crowd grew around us quickly so the service slowed down but they were hustling. I'll definitely go back when I'm in Encinitas.
