“Never have to wait for my order even if I order via the app 5-min before I show up. The friendly staff have come to know me so it's a nice touch to be greeted when I come in. There's a small seating area both inside and outside if you need to get a little work done or have some time to sit. Parking is pretty easy but can get busy when the nearby restaurant is open. Lately I've noticed a security guard out front to wrangle the homeless that show up at times, which is nice for safety. There is a restroom if you need it and they give a code for it. Overall, it's clean, close to my work & easy to grab for your food.“

“We love Donut & Sandwich Station. The staff is awesome and they always have the best fresh sandwiches. Another great thing they sell are papusas and the cortido and salsa that comes with the papusas is deeeee-licious! I love their croissant sandwiches. They're so fresh and the sandwiches come with pickles, jalapenos, lettuce and tomatoes. I usually get no tomatoes because I'm allergic to tomatoes. Definitely a great place to come and grab a bite to eat!

“My husband and I just bought a house in the neighborhood and were looking for a place to grab a quick sandwich and pastry before going to our closing meeting.

The two young women working inside were SO welcoming. Truly, you would think they knew we were soon to be neighbors to the store. “I was feeling adventurous so I decided to explore DC Donut's coffee menu. First I ordered a Vanilla Frappucino. It was really good, better than Paris Baguette and larger (24 ounce I believe). It comes with two shots of espresso and tastes like coffee. Much better than Starbucks who doesn't even give you a shot in their Frappucinos anymore. My next visit, I thought the coffee was so good in that Frappucino, so I ordered an americano just to see how good the coffee itself was. They are using Gavina beans (not third wave), so there was no fruitiness, but people who like their coffee to taste like coffee (dark roast) should be satisfied. A small americano is just $2.75. For the espresso snobs, they are using a Casadio Undici espresso machine. I will definitely be coming back for another Vanilla Frappucino!“

Today was no exception, and man... it's as good as I remembered. Ordered my usual turkey & ham croissant (everything on it) with some OJ. “We have been patronizing Father's for years. Their Donuts are always very tasty. Our favorites are the custard, lemon, jelly filled and the cinnamon rolls. The couple who own the Donut Shop are friendly and gracious. They have had to raise their prices but still affordable and worth every penny.

Ordered a half dozen and it included a free donut. To my surprise, maple bar was an option as one of the free donuts! Most places only include the basic donuts for the free option.
