“This place is pretty good for quick food similar to L&L BBQ. The food came out quick, was fresh and the people working were nice and friendly. There is limited seating and parking. We ordered the Bento. 1 Teriyaki chicken and 1 katsu chicken. Both came with macaroni, 2 fried dumplings rice and some salad. Overall, this place is yummy for the price! Will come back again!“

“This was my first time eating poke ever hands down this is the best place for me to ever experienced this the staff made me feel like home they gave me good recommendations on what to try since I was new to this the food was so fresh and delicious the whole restaurant is a vibe to their perfectly prepped food to the art in their building they even have seems to be a small business selling spicy candy“

“This is one of the pricier poke places but for good reason. Their tuna and salmon is wild. They have lump blue crab and toro and hamachi. And many more. Several kinds of fish eggs. The choices are the best in LA when it comes to variety and quality and that’s not even starting on sauces. Truffle mayo. Furikake rice. So many options and so good.“

“Large plate is pretty filling so come hungry. The crab salad is a great add on if you're lookin for more protein. Sauce option: Ponzu + Spicy Mayo + Sriracha = 👌 btw. this place is Keto Friendly“

“I was chaperoning a weekend high school convention and needed to grab a quick bite for dinner. Found Poke Bar, just a mile away. Perfect! I grab Friend and we set off to get some dinner to go.
We ordered the small bowl ($16.43) with white rice and medium bowl ($18.49) with half rice and half salad. The small bowl came with two scoops of protein while the medium came with three scoops. I got spicy tuna, salmon, and albacore. Appreciate all the various toppings they offered! It was a hefty and satisfying poke bowl. I was hungry and ended up finishing the entire bowl!
Owner was super nice and patient, as Friend and I were also picking up orders for other people and had to verify what they wanted for their toppings. To top it off, owner was a former Key Club member in high school, which was the convention I was volunteering for!

“This is my second time ordering from LuLuBowls (one was on postmates), but this was my first time ordering directly from the LuLuBowls website directly (honestly a much better, and streamlined experience).The food quality is superb, I would like to see a larger portion of rice (or the meat add on) in the bowls in the future. The food feels “clean”, not greasy, and is light enough to make you feel satisfied without feeling like you ate too much. The bowls I tried, were all bursting with surprising umami flavors! The ingredients were very fresh. I will certainly be coming back! Thanks LuLuBowls!“

“Amazing food! Family owned for more than two decades. Never a drop off in quality. They’ve been a consistent fixture in SF Valley, which speaks volumes since it’s hardly recognizable even in the past 5 years since the pandemic! My favorite dish is the seafood combo with short ribs!“

“Delicious poke, fast service, the cafe has uncomfortable stools, it is impossible to relax and enjoy visiting the cafe. We took a small portion of poke and it was enough to eat. The cafe menu has very tasty ice cream in the form of macarons, but the refrigerator with ice cream is behind the counter and we accidentally saw this ice cream. Maybe it is necessary to move the refrigerator to a more visible place for visitors. I recommend“

“Like most fast food, you never want to eat there, but there's nothing wrong. It's clean and comfortable enough. But, the food is Great, when you order something you like. I especially love the short ribs, rice, and green salad, with the yummy edamame; and I'm Not usually a fan of raw vegetables.“
