This place has horrible customer service!!! I used to come here back in high school I don’t know what happened to this place it has gone down hill with the service forsure and the food the last few times I’ve came to this location the Hispanic lady that takes orders through the drive through is always so mean she is not nice at all she is always in a bad mood and I am always so nice when I come here but I won’t be coming to this el Norte location at all also my tacos barely even had any meat or cheese they rip you off here I would recommend going to the location on valley parkway they are much nicer there with customer service and everyone is always in a great mood there I hope management see’s this and trains their employees to do better.

Honestly this place isnt usually bad.. but just now its 10:30pm i came through the drive thru, ordered 4 chicken soft tacos, carne asada fries and a macho fries.. waited a while at the window and was short 3 tacos, had to pay for 3 more.. then i leave and go home and all of it is cold.. the cheese wasnt even melted on the carne asada.. the tacos meat was cold.. maybe they are short handed.. but ive never had this bad of service ever.. gross..

I don't get it, I'm the only one in the drive thru and I only order a couple things, nobody's behind me and they always make me pull up to the front parking lot spot and make me wait until they walk my food out, they must be cheating the system thinking my order was completed quicker than it was...

Its not just the value but it's the quality at Del Taco, You get a perfect amount of food for a low cost, and that food Is prepared with much much fresher ingredients then it's late night competition ever will. You can't call yourself a Mexican food establishment without avocado & lime. Am I right??

Del Tacos are questionable in certain areas, we were in the back Escondido, Ca anything goes. When I came in the two women that were working in the smaller size Del taco were In a positive mood very nice even with people in the drive-through they took the time for the order and had it within 10 minutes I used the bathroom, mind you this was at 8:30 PM, questionable, thank God they even allow the bathroom most places to keep it closed off or don't have one. No joke, it was the cleanest bathroom I've ever been in in a fast food establishment, It appeared to have just been cleaned within the last 10 minutes it was polished and scrubbed and smelled great. You could seriously eat a burrito off the floor that's how clean it was. So shout out to the people scrubbing for their employer because us customers appreciate it and I hope the owner and managers do too y'all are doing a solid job, Everything tasted outstanding tonight thank you again ladies.

Worst service I’ve ever had. I asked for a manager and she said there wasn’t one. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. I asked for their phone number to the corporate office and she said look it up online. I will never return to this location

Not sure if they were having an off day, but terrible terrible service and food. I used to the drive-through. She refused my app coupons and kept telling me to pull forward and park even though there was no one behind me in the drive-through lane. My order was completely incorrect, cold, no sauce nor napkins. She said they were in the bag and they weren’t there.

Unpleasant staff and restrooms were not fit for humans. No cover on toilet tank and disgustingly dirty. Take your money and business elsewhere!!! Whoever owns it and manages it should be ashamed!

I have come to this particular Store #182 for the past few years, but two days ago I was not satisfied with my order.
My burrito was folded with haste and a lack of concern. I should have taken a photo of it, but I was so hungry I inhaled it. It was normal at one end then folded like a funnel getting super thin at the other end where it was only tortilla and zero filling. I basically got 1/2 a burrito at full price. Oh sure, haha it was funny, unless you’re the one paying for it.
The Crunchy Chicken Taco is nothing more than a chicken strip inside a tortilla. A five year old cold have made it. Oh wait— did a five year old make it? I don’t mean to insult five year olds.
I trust that when I return next one it will be as good as the previous dozens of times I went through the drive-thru. I guess they were having a bad day, but at my expense.

Front service who takes your order never pays attention to my order. They assume what I am ordering. Very frustrating. To all that go there, always ask them to repeat your order before paying. Ugh!!!
