I stumbled upon this donut shop while in the area and this donut shop did not disappoint. I went in the afternoon so the selection was reduced because the donuts are baked fresh daily. I got chocolate frosted donuts and a maple bar and they were delicious. The lady working was also super nice and threw in an extra donut.
Is now my favorite donuts place. Made very good. Prices are good too.

Based on customer reviews, MartsDonut is a highly recommended, real donut shop with phenomenal, super fluffy, and delicious donuts. The service is excellent, with very nice, helpful, and sweet staff who are generous, especially when ordering in bulk. The owners are very sweet people who provide fast service. The donuts are always fresh and good, with a nice variety of options, including an Old Fashioned Donut in regular or chocolate covered, a Cinnamon Roll the size of a plate, and a Maple Bar. Prices are reasonable and affordable, and will not break the bank. There is plenty of parking available in the lot shared with other businesses. While the tables can be kind of messy, the overall experience is good. This small mom 'n' pop shop is a hidden gem, better than yum yum and Petersons donuts, and is the best donut shop in Escondido. It is always busy for a reason: quality donuts at reasonable prices. Customers keep going back and give it a 5 star rating.
